Salty Culture Launches Guide Service In True Island Style
When a fishing charter launches with a fresh haul of fish from several trips of limiting out, live music, and local artist, you know they are out to make a lasting impression. However, for Salty Culture the impression is about more than just the business, it’s about the local impact that can be made because of it.
Salty Culture will be cutting their ribbon on July 16th at 6pm as a symbolic gesture that you are just beginning to see their presence on the island take off. From hair cuts for our less fortunate to free surf camps for the kids to remodeling buildings in disrepair, Salty Culture has already begun pouring into the island they love through acts of service.
In an effort to further their reach and expand on the projects that they can take on, Salty Culture will also be launching their new guide service with Captain Clint Shuttlesworth at the helm.
“Even beyond the funds Salty Culture can raise to invest here on Galveston island, the guide service allows our organization to directly connect with people who might not otherwise hear about us and plug them in to this community of doers.” says Cpt Clint.
That evening, in conjunction with Galveston’s beloved Art Walk, from 6-9pm at Valiant Church the guide service will officially launch and be ready to sign up charters. Join them at 2002 Post Office and see what the Salty Cat crew has to offer your friends and family!
